I have spent many years in customer service and worked with quite a number of sales people over those years. To some, commission was the only measure. Those of us who followed these sales with technical support, learned the hard way, that all sales people are not the same and the job is to understand and meet the customer’s needs.

Our needs were on a very small scale for real estate transactions in the Muskokas yet never felt we were unimportant or ignored. Good sales people work with customer needs and, I hope, the commissions follow the work.
